Council, Sactwu seek to prosecute bad employers

The clothing industry's national bargaining council, together with the Southern African Clothing and Textile Workers Union (Sactwu), will propose to criminally prosecute employers who do not comply with bargaining council agreements, but industry insiders say the council's proposed wage structure is unrealistic.
